979bet Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 979bet ("Platform", "we"). By accessing the site 979bet.best, create an account, make deposits, place bets, or use any feature of the platform, you confirm that:

• Have read and fully understood these Terms;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Brazilian law;
• Is 18 (eighteen) years of age or older;
• Is not located in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is prohibited by law.

Acceptance is completed electronically at the time of registration, when you check the confirmation box "I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions". This action carries the same legal validity as a physical signature, as provided under Brazilian law on electronic contracts.

2. Eligibility

To use 979bet, you must cumulatively meet all of the following requirements:

• Minimum age: Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 979bet performs age verification and may request documentation at any time;
• Valid CPF: Hold an active CPF registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Residency: Be physically located in Brazil at the time of placing bets, in compliance with current Brazilian legislation on fixed-odds betting;
• Legal capacity: Not be under guardianship or have any legal restriction on the exercise of your civil rights;
• Not be an employee: Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of an employee of 979bet or its direct suppliers.

979bet reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any account at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Accounts created by ineligible users will be closed and bonus balances canceled. Balances originating from the user's own deposits will be returned to the original payment method, minus any winnings obtained during the period of ineligibility.

3. Registration & Account

Each user may hold only an active account at 979bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same details or different ones — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms, subject to immediate closure of all accounts involved and cancellation of all balances.

By creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The following fields are required during registration:

• Full name as it appears on a government-issued ID (RG or CNH);
• Valid and active CPF;
• Date of birth;
• An active email address for your exclusive use;
• A valid Brazilian mobile phone number.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and for all activity carried out on your 979bet account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support. 979bet will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

The platform may request additional documentation for identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or during security reviews. Accepted documents are: RG, CNH, passport, or birth certificate combined with recent proof of address (within the last 90 days).

4. Deposits

979bet accepts deposits exclusively through Brazilian payment methods. The available methods are:

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the name of the 979bet account holder. Third-party deposits — including from family members — are not accepted and will be returned. 979bet does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or financial institution may apply its own charges for transfers and payments.

5. Withdrawals

The balance available for withdrawal corresponds to the real account balance, excluding any bonus balances still subject to rollover requirements. To request a withdrawal from 979bet, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum available balance of R$ 20.00;
• Identity verification (KYC) completed for withdrawals above BRL 500.00;
• At least one deposit made to the account since the last withdrawal;
• No pending bets awaiting settlement that would affect the requested balance.

979bet's primary withdrawal method is Pix, processed in under 10 minutes any day of the week, at any time — including weekends and holidays. For withdrawals via other methods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

979bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00, as an anti-money laundering measure required by Brazilian law. The review period for such documentation is up to 48 hours after all requested documents have been fully submitted.

6. Sports Betting

Sports Betting at 979bet follows a fixed-odds format: at the moment a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and the potential return is calculated based on those odds, regardless of any later fluctuations. A confirmed bet is final and cannot be canceled by the user, except in cases of manifest odds error (detailed below).

979bet covers the major leagues and sports with the strongest following in Brazil, including Brasileirão Série A, Copa Libertadores, Copa do Brasil, volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, and e-sports. Available markets vary by event and are displayed on each match page.

Manifest odds error: In exceptional cases where odds are published with an obvious technical error — for example, odds of 100.00 for a heavily favored team — 979bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds and refund the wagered amount. The threshold for a "manifest error" is objective: odds deviating by more than 50% from the fair market price at the time of publication. The user will be notified by email if a bet is canceled for this reason.

Market suspension: Force majeure events — match postponement, abandonment, pitch invasion, natural disaster — may result in market suspension and bet cancellation. In such cases, the wagered amount is fully refunded to the account balance.

Parlay bets: In parlay bets (multiples), the voiding of one event may result in the combined odds being recalculated based on the remaining events, depending on the specific conditions of each promotion or applicable combination rule. Please refer to the specific terms for each combination type in the Sports Betting section of the 979bet platform.

7. Casino & Electronic Games

The casino games, slots, crash games, and progressive jackpots available on 979bet are provided by internationally licensed third-party providers. The integrity of each game is guaranteed by random number generators (RNG) audited by independent entities. 979bet has no control over the individual outcome of each round — the result is determined by the provider's RNG at the time of play.

By using 979bet's casino games, the user acknowledges:

• That all games have a statistical house edge (RTP — Return to Player — which varies by game and is displayed in each title's game info sheet);
• That past results do not influence future outcomes in games with certified RNG;
• That progressive jackpots are random events that may occur on any qualifying bet, with no guarantee of frequency or minimum value;
• That the Live Casino with human dealers is streamed in real time and may experience interruptions due to technical broadcast issues, in which case the round is voided and the wagered amount is refunded.

Crash games such as Aviator and JetX feature a "cash out" mechanic — the timing of the cash out is entirely the user's responsibility. Connection issues that prevent a cash out during a round are handled by the auto cash-out feature available on the platform, which users can configure before each round.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

All 979bet promotions have specific terms published on each offer's detail page. The general terms that apply to all promotions, unless otherwise stated on the specific offer page, are:

• One active deposit promotion at a time: Two active deposit bonuses cannot be held at the same time. Automatic bonuses (cashback, Drops & Wins) may run alongside other bonuses without restriction;
• Rollover: The wagering requirement (rollover) must be met within the bonus validity period. Unused bonuses or unmet rollover requirements will result in the bonus balance being canceled — the real deposited balance is not affected;
• Eligible games: Each bonus specifies which games count toward the rollover. Generally, slots contribute 100%, Live Casino 20%–50%, and Sports Betting 100% of the wagered amount to the rollover calculation;
• Bonus balance vs. real balance: The 979bet system deducts from the bonus balance first when placing bets. The real balance is only used once the bonus balance reaches zero;
• Bonus abuse prohibition: Betting patterns that show an intent to meet rollover requirements without real risk — such as placing bets on opposing outcomes in the same match — constitute bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

9. User Conduct

By using 979bet, you agree to:

• Use the platform exclusively for personal entertainment purposes and never professionally or as a primary source of income;
• Not use automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates or automates bets without genuine human interaction;
• Not share access to your account with third parties, including family members;
• Do not attempt to exploit technical system errors for undue advantage — any identified errors must be reported to support immediately;
• Maintain respectful behavior in all support channels and in any interaction with the 979bet team or other players through the platform's social features;
• Not attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or any other location-masking method.

Violations of this clause are taken seriously and may result in a temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, depending on the severity and whether it is a repeat offense.

10. Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering

979bet operates in compliance with Law No. 9,613/1998 (Anti-Money Laundering Law) and the regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil governing financial transactions. The platform continuously monitors account activity to identify suspicious patterns.

The following activities may constitute fraud or money laundering:

• Frequent deposits and withdrawals with no proportional betting activity;
• Balance transfers between different accounts on the same platform;
• Deposits made from multiple different payment sources;
• Betting on opposing outcomes of the same match to artificially minimize risk;
• Any activity suggesting coordination between multiple accounts to exploit promotions.

In cases of reasonable suspicion, 979bet may place a hold on the balance and request additional documentation, including proof of the origin of deposited funds. The hold may last up to 30 days while the investigation is underway. Confirmed fraud cases will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by Brazilian law.

11. Account Closure

Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your 979bet account at any time through the support channel. Prior to closure, any available real balance will be processed for withdrawal as normal. Bonus balances with incomplete rollover are cancelled upon voluntary closure.

Self-exclusion closure: Responsible gambling self-exclusion requests are processed within 1 hour and cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends. During the exclusion period, the account is inaccessible and no promotions may be used to encourage early return.

Closure by 979bet: The platform may close or suspend accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Providing false information during registration or verification;
• Confirmed or strongly suspected fraudulent activity;
• Accounts created by ineligible users (under 18, multiple accounts, etc.);
• Business decision, with 30 days' prior notice and full refund of all available real-money balance.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, 979bet may retain bonus balances and winnings derived from irregular activity. Deposit balances confirmed as legitimate will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days, even in cases of closure due to a violation.

12. Privacy & LGPD

979bet's processing of personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018). Data collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for:

• Operation and maintenance of the user account;
• Processing of financial transactions;
• Identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention;
• Communications regarding promotions, changes to terms, and service updates (opt-out available);
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

979bet does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers operating under data processing agreements compliant with the LGPD. Data is retained for up to 5 years after account closure, as required by applicable regulations.

13. Limitation of Liability

979bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets or gambling activity carried out on the platform. Betting involves risk, and the possibility of losing the entire amount wagered is inherent to the activity. By using 979bet, the user acknowledges and accepts this risk.

The platform is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user;
• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or technical failures;
• Loss of the user's internet connection during live betting or games in progress;
• Third-party actions that result in unauthorized access to a user's account, provided 979bet has maintained its security standards;
• Errors from third-party sports data providers that result in the temporary publication of incorrect odds.

979bet's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence by the platform.

14. Changes to Terms

979bet may periodically review and update these Terms. Changes will be communicated with a minimum of 15 calendar days' notice via email to all users with an active account, with the modified points clearly highlighted.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new version of the Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must request account closure before the new rules take effect.

Changes that expand user rights or are required by law may take effect immediately, without the 15-day prior notice. All previous versions of the Terms are archived and available upon request from 979bet support.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws in force in the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to:

• Law No. 14,790/2023 – Regulation of fixed-odds betting in Brazil;
• Law No. 13,709/2018 – General Data Protection Law (LGPD);
• Law No. 9,613/1998 – Anti-Money Laundering;
• Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990);
• Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002).

For the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms, the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, are hereby elected as the exclusive venue, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

Before taking any legal action, the user agrees to attempt an amicable resolution of the dispute directly with the 979bet support team, allowing 30 days for a settlement attempt from the date of formal notification of the issue.
